Celebrating Partnership at The Future of Worx

At SD Worx, we believe in building strong partnerships with our clients to shape the future of work together. We recently brought that vision to life at The Future of Worx, an exclusive customer event hosted at the Embassy of Belgium in London. 

The day was a celebration of collaboration, innovation, and shared success, packed with engaging sessions, product updates, and meaningful networking opportunities, over twenty of our customers joined us for a day of discussions.  

Dane Herron, Customer Care & Success Director, said “It was great to see our customers in person, I really value the importance of face-to-face contact in our increasingly hybrid/remote world.  There was some great conversation, some inspiring ideas and a real energy and drive for what's to come in 2025 and beyond. We are definitely looking to expand the event in 2025 and can't wait to see and hear from more of our customers!” 

    A Day to Remember

    Here’s a look at some of the highlights: 

    • Customer Care & Success Insights: We kicked off the day by sharing updates on our commitment to enhancing customer care and success, outlining how we’re evolving to meet the needs of our clients. 
    • Product Spotlight: Attendees got an exclusive look at the latest developments in Payroll UI and HR, as well as a sneak peek into our roadmap for future innovations. 
    • Interactive Discussions: A panel discussion featuring customer stories and insights sparked thought-provoking conversations about the challenges and opportunities in payroll and HR. 
    • Live Payroll Question Time: A standout moment was the live Q&A with Simon Parsons, where attendees asked their pressing payroll questions and gained expert insights into the industry's biggest topics. 
    • Networking Opportunities: The day concluded with drinks, nibbles, and networking, giving everyone a chance to connect and share experiences. 

    We received fantastic feedback from attendees, who valued the collaborative nature of the sessions and the broad range of topics covered. Customers shared that the information was explained clearly, and the open dialogue made the event both engaging and insightful. Many also highlighted the hosts’ excellent job in facilitating the discussions and appreciated the opportunity to network with fellow professionals.
