Teresa Olszewska appointed as Managing Director SD Worx SAP Solutions

SD Worx, the leading European HR solutions provider, has appointed Teresa Olszewska as Managing Director for its SAP Solutions business. Teresa Olszewska will report into Tom Saeys, Chief Operating Officer at SD Worx.
SD Worx SAP Solutions is well on track to reach EUR 100 million in revenues this year. As such it will break into the top 3 of largest SAP HCM/SuccessFactors service providers & implementation partners across Europe, with operations in 11 countries.
As part of her new role, Teresa will manage the vision and strategy for SAP Solutions, including steering the overall go-to-market approach and leading the SD Worx SAP Solutions management team. Teresa will combine her new function with her current position as Managing Director of Gavdi Poland, the Polish SAP Solutions market leader which SD Worx acquired in October 2023.

Tom Saeys, Chief Operating Officer at SD Worx: “Teresa has a wealth of experience, having worked in the SAP industry since 2000. She worked for SAP Poland for seven years as a Consultant and Product Manager for the local version of SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) before launching Gavdi Poland in 2006. As Managing Director, Teresa has led the growth from a non-existent company to a market leader with a team of 120 people today. I’m confident she will drive forward our SD Worx SAP Solutions offering and be a great lead as we continue to invest in our expansion across Europe.”
