SD Worx Quick Apply available in the SAP Store
User-friendly tool for recruiters and candidates

SD Worx Quick Apply is now available in the SAP Store, a platform where customers around the world can discover, try, and buy enterprise solutions delivered by SAP Partners. The add-on for the SAP HCM suite is designed by leading European HR and payroll solutions partner SD Worx to streamline the recruitment process for companies using SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. Going forward, SD Worx plans to publish more of its range of add-ons in the SAP Store for the benefit of the SAP HCM community.
Recruiting the right talent is a challenge for many organisations, often bogged down by complex application procedures that deter potential candidates. With SD Worx Quick Apply, businesses can remove friction from the hiring process, allowing candidates to apply quickly, easily, and conveniently—without the hassle of remembering another password or filling out cumbersome forms.

User-friendly and compliant
SAP SuccessFactors automatically recognises the candidate’s application submitted via SD Worx Quick Apply and links it to a job offer. The solution is fully responsive and can be used on any device: laptops, tablets, or smartphones of any kind. Thanks to broad compatibility, no candidate will be lost regardless of what device is used to apply.
All candidate applications are linked to one account. The tool maintains all standard SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting functionality such as track application status or automatic notifications. Recruiters can flexibly build the candidate registration form by adding custom fields to it or by using pre-screening questions configured during the job offer preparation.
Privacy policy content can be adapted according to the candidate’s country. The solution fully integrates with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and complies with GDPR. The tool runs on the SAP Business Technology Platform, requiring no additional IT infrastructure. Built-in reCAPTCHA security prevents bots from submitting fake applications.
SD Worx already developed several plug-and-play add-ons for the SAP HCM suite. Meanwhile more than 150 customers across Europe are using these add-ons to make their processes faster and more efficient, reduce complexity and optimise their Human Capital Management solutions.
