SD Worx in the Running for Best Payroll & HR Provider at The Rewards 2024

The nomination for SD Worx is particularly meaningful as it highlights two significant projects that demonstrate our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction: the seamless and successful transition of a major UK leisure company's payroll system and the comprehensive payroll transformation for a global facilities management firm.

In the case of the UK leisure company, following their divestment from a parent company, SD Worx was tasked with transitioning 4,000 employees to our managed services within an ambitious four-month timeline. This complex project involved addressing significant data issues, integrating third-party systems, and providing extensive remote training to the company’s payroll team, which was spread across multiple sites. Despite these challenges, the project was delivered on time and within budget, culminating in a flawless go-live in January 2024. The exceptional collaboration and teamwork demonstrated throughout this project earned us a rare Net Promoter Score of 10 from the client.

Similarly, our work with the global facilities management firm involved the transformation of payroll services for over 33,000 employees across five payrolls. By consolidating multiple payroll frequencies into a streamlined fortnightly payroll and transitioning from external third-party document storage to our integrated CRM tools, we achieved a 39% decrease in errors in 2023 and an additional 55% reduction in 2024. This project, executed in multiple phases to ensure accuracy and minimize disruptions, has been praised by the client for the significant time and cost savings it delivered, as well as the continuous improvements that enhanced overall efficiency.
